Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days.
During product launces, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS or other trusted carriers.

Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, Drew Ember is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Candles are sensitive to heat and prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures.
While we take precautions during packaging, Drew Ember is not responsible for minor cosmetic changes caused by heat during transit that do not affect the performance of the candle.
