Candle Care

Thank you for choosing Drew Ember. Proper candle care will help ensure a clean, safe, and enjoyable burn experience.

  • Trim wick to ¼ inch before lighting

  • Keep wax free of debris

  • Place candle on a heat-resistant surface

Before Each Burn

  • Allow the wax to melt evenly across the entire surface during the first burn

  • This helps prevent tunneling and promotes an even burn throughout the life of the candle.

First Burn

  • Do not burn for more than 3-4 hours at a time

  • Allow the candle to cool completely before relighting.

Burn Time

  • Never leave a burning candle unattended.

  • Keep away from children and pets

  • Keep away from drafts, curtains, and flammable materials

  • Do not move a burning candle

  • Never extinguish with water

Safety

When to Stop Burning

Discontinue use when approximately ½ inch of wax remains in the vessel.
