Returns & Exchanges

At Drew Ember, each candle is hand-poured in small batches and carefully inspected before shipment. We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to love your purchase.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused and unburned candles in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Returns

We currently offer exchanges only for products that arrive damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

Once we reviewed, we will provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Exchanges

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Burned or used candles

  • Custom or private label products

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

Non-Returnable Items

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Drew Ember is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after being marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Please contact the carrier directly regarding delivery-related issues.
