What are your candles made from?

Our candles are hand-poured using a natural soy wax blend and essential oil-based fragrances. Each candle is crafted for a clean, even burn with a lead-free cotton wick.

How strong are the scents?

Our fragrances are designed to enhance a space, not overpower it. Expect a gentle, lingering scent that subtly fills the room rather than overwhelming it.

How long do your candles burn?

Each full-size candle offers approximately 40+ hours of burn time when properly cared for. Always trim the wick before lighting to extend burn life.

Are your candles safe and toxin-free?

Yes. We use clean burn formulas—no parabens, phthalates, or synthetic dyes. All wicks are lead-free and suitable for indoor use.

Do you offer gift packaging?

Each candle arrives gift-ready in our signature packaging. We also offer curated gift sets and pairing collections for special occasions.

Can I include a personalised message?

Yes. You can add a custom note at checkout, and we’ll include it inside the parcel at no additional cost.

Do you ship internationally?

What if my candle arrives damaged?

In the rare event of damage during transit, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs, and we will arrange a replacement.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

How do I care for my candle?

• Trim wick to 5mm before each burn

• Allow wax to melt fully to the edges on first burn

• Never leave unattended or burn longer than 4 hours
